OpenGL graphics crash on Windows 11

On an HP laptop with this hardware:

SnapPy 3.3.1 works fine except when any of the OpenGL graphics features are invoked. In this example, the manifold m007 was browsed and the cusp neighborhood tab was selected resulting in this error:

It doesn't happen on my Windows 10 or 11 VMs. The problem manifests with SnapPy 3.3 as well as 3.3.1, and I think you ran the test suite for 3.3 on your Windows 11 laptop before we released it.

This particular Intel processor came out in 2018, and I think the laptop dates from about 2020.

Thanks. i thought I had tested on my laptop.

It seems pretty challenging to debug a crash that happens only on one specific hardware configuration which we don't have. I would have to guess that the issue is not with the hardware but with the driver for the graphics card on that system. The graphics card does not seem to be included in the hardware profile.

I don't recognize the [PYI-1952-DEBUG] LOADER flag. Is that from pdb, as Gemini claims?

I wonder if there might be some driver updates available.

I don't recognize the [PYI-1952-DEBUG] LOADER flag.

Those messages are generated by the "debug" version of the PyInstaller bundle, which opens a separate logging window for such messages.

Thanks. It seems odd (but probably unrelated) that PyInstaller is running setuptools when the app is launching.

Addendum: The user reports that SnapPy 3.1.1 works on this laptop but 3.2 and 3.3 do not. SnapPy 3.2 was the first version to use tkinter_gl and had various updates to the OpenGL code. So I'm guessing there is a conflict between the driver and the slightly more modern OpenGL calls we use now (this laptop came out in 2019, I believe).
