Non-PicoSystem 32blit-pico support

This is an attempt to keep track of merging things from my giant "everything" branch (https://github.com/Daft-Freak/32blit-beta/tree/pico-all-the-board-configs)

• VGA board
  • HID input (pico: HID input #769, needs testing)
  • SD card (SPI/native?, have code for both)
• Pico DV
• ST7789/DV paletted modes?
• Tufty2040? (mostly as a use for...)
• ST7789 parallel support (... this)
• Host-mode multiplayer (no role switching code... or hardware that can, so only useful on VGA/DV boards with a hub... which is a bit WIP)
