RemoveFromUser command

Basically a command that removes any songs requested by a given user from the queue. Would be useful in circumstances where someone leaves a call and the people still there don't want to sit through said user's requests

I'll keep this issue since it's slightly different than #90. Might be useful if one person in a vc is spamming songs.
