Restarts network service all the time #50
Description
In my usage of the cookbook, it seems to restart the network service on every chef run. Is this expected, or is it detecting something modified in my environment? I haven't seen any evidence of what might have changed.
I'm running Amazon Linux, Chef 12 and the latest supermarket version of the cookbook.
