perf(datastruct): channel, sampling_rate, window를 삭제하다
OpenEXR은 Imath library의 datastruct를 사용합니다. Imath의 경우 .py로 존재하여 intellisense가 가능합니다. 따라서 새롭게 datastruct를 정의하여 사용할 이유가 없으므로 모두 삭제합니다.
