Description
All the items require ItemFragments to extend their capabilities. On the server, when an Item is instanced, all the itemFragments it uses are copied to this newly constructed item instance, therefore all the properties on an ItemFragment must be replicated otherwise the client wont receive those properties from the server's item instance's copied fragments.
