misc: delete some clusters in seoul campus

Hello. Thanks for making such a great app!

Clusters 7 to 10 in 42 Seoul was retired after 13 November 2023.

They leave the URL of their announcement (it is written in Korean).

So I would like to remove those clusters from the S42 app.

Could you delete clusters 7-10 from campus/seoul.ts on my behalf?

I tried to contribute to this project, but I can't because I don't know go very well and I tried using devcontainer in VS Code (I'm using M1 🥲) and got an error message.
