Update docs for GitHub Actions #550
Description
Currently the docs mention Travis support, but the latest fanciness is publishing from GitHub Actions. There are quite a few projects that do this (including this very repo) and doing this should be just as well-documented as Travis. If there are opportunities to consolidate the two, or mutually improve both, this would be a good opportunity.
