Rename readthedocs to sphinx

The 4C documentation is called 'readthedocs'. However, readthedocs is a hosting platform for sphinx documentation while our actual documentation is written with Markdown/reStructuredText and generated with sphinx. Even if we decide to move the documentation to the readthedocs page (see #228 ) it is still sphinx.

What about doxygen?

I think doxygen is a word known to developers (and also just dedicated to developers). Those who don't know the word probably also don't want to have a look at it.

What we currently call readthedocs is the actual documentation that is relevant for most users and developers. So we should give it the prominent name. That's why I think we should use just documentation.
