[MIRCO] Test timeout

I experienced several times now that the following test related to MIRCO is time outing quite frequently:
roughcontact2d_mirco_patchtest.4C.yaml-p2-OMP2.

We should get this fixed, otherwise pipelines are not going through smoothly.

@RShaw026, please look into this ASAP. Also make sure to re-enable the test that has been removed in PR #1542.
