Meshtying and contact implementation in new solid time integration

Description

In the scope of the task force solid time integration (#210), it is considered relevant to check the meshtying and contact implementation. They should be rather identical, however they are not. It is desirable to unify those implementations in the new solid time integration (likely write from scratch?!).
