The PlumX badge is not displayed without a login

Dear Team,

Could you please let me know the reason the PlumX badge is not displaying for the publications without logging in to the portal? I have tried updating it after adding it to the cris-layout-configuration.xls file. However, it is not working for me. I can see this badge once I log in with my credentials. The Altmetric and Dimensions badges are displayed without requiring a login to the site. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for your help.

Dear Team,

It has worked after making a few changes to the cris-layout-configuration.xls file. I have added PlumX to the Tab2Box, Box, and box2metrics. Now the PlumX badge is appearing without a login.
