[android] Upgrade to v1 notification

the instruction to upgrade are here

TODO:

• Allow to customize the endpoint because it's seems to contains the project
  https://fcm.googleapis.com/v1/projects/myproject-b5ae1/messages:send
• if custimized use Bearer in authorization
• customize json to send
