GUI suggestions and issues

Hi,
0.18.0 looks so good, thanks. 🥇 Some of the issues and suggestions:

1. Settings button is not visible on Windows 11 with both taskbar at bottom or left. Looks like it's fine on GNU/Linux AppImage pack.
2. Making category seperator resizable might help about thumbs section.
3. There is some wasted space, no scrollbar at item details. Also episode thumbnails are so big. I understand the main banner/poster of the item but episode thumbs looks weird and should be a LOT smaller IMHO. Actually i can't imagine any scenario that i need episode thumbnails at all.
4. Favs section also have some unused space. That might gain extra columns at right panel.
