troubles with Mars Gaming MSD-TWO

Hi,

I try to use the plugin with my Mars Gaming MSD-TWO (0B00-1001). Opendeck v2.8.0 and plugin v0.7.4. My OS is Linux Mint.
(i edited this message short after writing it for correct a mistake)

But i have this problems :

• when i affect actions to the first 2 rows, each image is rotated by 90 ° on the screens of my MSD-TWO

Did I miss something ?
I needed to change the "0B00" into "0b00" (in 40-opendeck-akp03.rules) to make it seen by opendeck with the plugin, maybe it is related ?

It seems i have another non-correct behavior : when I choose an action for a key up or a key down, the action is done each time the key is up or down. For exemple an instruction to pause/unpause the music in the "key down" case (and nothing in key up) pause the music when pressed down, and unpaused when key up.

Do you have access to manufacturer's software? If so, can you please find device firmware version in the app?

Sounds like we have incorrect protocol version mapping for your device, but another device owner confirmed before that everything seems to be ok, so I'm not really sure what is going on here.

@gufo2k20 do you experience any problems of this kind with your device?

The app give me this : Firmware version : V25.MSD_TWO.01.005
The app doesn't offer me to upgrade to a newer version.

1. Can you please launch manufacturer's app and get the firmware version?
2. Check (with opendeck) if image rotation is correct, and if you have actions fire twice on each press

Yes.
Icons on the device are correctly oriented.

Looks like there is two variations of the same device, with different firmware and different feature sets...

This is not something that can be resolved easily right now, because we have no way of reading firmware version using the current library :\
