Static resource with PNG output and size parameter for static resources #57
Description
The class StaticLabelResourceV1.java currently provides a mean to get a rendering of a label based on the availability encoded in the URL, e.g. .../api/v1/static/00221101.svg.
Add another method to do the same for PNG, e.g. .../api/v1/static/00221101.png.
Add a size parameter to both variants.
