How to correctly parse a date? Like: write email tommorow. How to properly set 'tomorrow'

Hi, thank you for instructor. Its great tool .
I am struggling with getting correct date. I have simple example taken from examples:

How to get proper date. I prepare this solution but its ok to handle this in such a way or instructor should handle this?
