Random Fetch error in tests

Sometimes tests fail in Travis when calling the relay service.
This is the error message:
```
FetchError: invalid json response body at <PATH_HERE> reason: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
```
This is fixed automatically after a couple of rebuilds, but it should be fixed to avoid that.
