fix: Fix tests, add Tools data to PR #973 (#974)

## What does this do?

This PR applies fixes to the branch for PR #973, in order to correct
missing URLs, typos, and so on.

## How was it tested?

Tested locally using `npm test` and `npm db:refresh` scripts. All tests
pass
