Calibrate Gigatron encoders

The right rear wheel consistently gives higher readings for distance traveled. Adjust PULSES_PER_REV on a per-wheel basis if needed.

After 10 revolutions of the wheels, both the left and the right encoder count was 32720. No discrepancy in the Arduino code was found.
