Bonus kredits #11
Description
We'd like to have bonus kredits be issued mostly automatic, with only a single trigger transaction (e.g. by hal8000).
The idea is to encourage and appreciate regular contributions to the project. For example by issuing x amount of bonus kredits per month to everyone who contributed within that month (or in % of all issued kredits within the timeframe). We'll probably have to use blocks instead of months, of course, but the bot could then roughly translate it to a Gregorian timeframe.
