help to remove device from xiaozhi.me

i bought this device and seller refuses to remove it from his control panel, meaning it works but i can't control anything and everything i say can be listened to by seller. this is both illegal and i assume also against xiaozhi policy since everyone have to accept the "for personal use" when registering a device.

hopefully there is something to do, only option seller gives me is to return and pay for shipping which is not fair when device should not be locked to begin with :( and aliexpress is being dumb, they don't understand the problem.

if anyone btw. knows which board firmware to use for this, that would also be nice since seller can't give this info either.

Based on the photo you provided, this device doesn't appear to be open-source. You might want to ask the seller for the schematic and source code.
