Dear Xiaozhi.me Team,
My name is Nhat a seller from Vietnam who distributes AI chatbot devices running on the Xiaozhi.me platform.
I have an issue with a returned device from a customer. The customer did not log out their Xiaozhi account and also refused to provide the 6-digit reset code, so I am unable to reactivate the device.
Could you please help me manually log out the account associated with the device that has the following MAC address:
MAC Address: 10:20:ba:41:0b:bc
Once the account is removed, I will be able to activate the device again for resale.
