hi... i can turn off the LCD screen by giving a command to turn it off... but is it possible to automatically turn off the lcd screen when in STANDBY and no activity for let say 5min or 10min... then it will turn on again when wake word detected?... just to save/conserve battery...

Yes. You can set a timer to turn off the screen if there's no activity for a while. But for power saving, remember that the wake word uses a lot of power too, keeping the ESP32-S3 and audio codec running all the time.

Hello !
I don't really know what means "no activity" for your project , but i can recommand that each time an action is performed you can use the millis() function and assign it to a variable like last_activity so the timestamp of the last action is logged .
Then , you can in the loop , add a condition like if (millis() - last_activity == no_activity) { turn off the screen }
with the variable no_activity as maybe 10000ms or else . So if the time between the last activity and the actual time is equal to 10 seconds (10 x 1000ms) you turn off the screen.

Hi... "No activity" means when xiaozhi goes to standby mode... And there is "no activity" like you did not wake it by wake word or pressing the button... So it is still in standby mode... But the screen still on... I just want to automatically turn off the screen with "no activity" for 5min or 10min... Then turn the screen back on when pressing the button or by a wake word... Xiaozhi automatically goes to standby mode if there is no acitvity after you wake it up or in listening mode...
