what does this offer above the parse library? #1
Description
The readme needs to make clear what this tool offers above and beyond the parse library and built-in format function. I don't remember exactly what this offers but some things might be:
- strftime datetime parse/format.
- known filepath format parsing using existing standards (eg satellite images).
