Torrent & Magnet link support + post processing script

Just stumbled on this gem and looking forward to using it! The fist thing I thought that might be fun to add to the swiss army knife of file xfer options was general torrent file support and post processing (AV scan, auto copy and seed or backup elsewhere, fire off filenamer, n8n, etc.)

I was just thinking about this too. It would be great to be able to add a torrenting upload feature, specifying a directory. The advantage of this is that you can set it and then just let the server get on with it, rather than downloading it to a device first and then uploading.

Ideally this ability could be limited to accounts with permissions e.g. admins only, to prevent abuse.
