Remove Balancer

Balancer library adds a great deal of bloat and might make titles / H1 elements look broken when it injects javascript inside the h1 element.

On my end, I removed Balancer and used the tailwind class "text-balance" instead. This produces "text-wrap: balance" css, which is supported by all major browsers. See: https://caniuse.com/css-text-wrap-balance
