PRIVACY NOTICE: Include a privacy statement for google analytics #1099

Feature description
Since we are planning to use Google Analytics for Hive Docs, it would be nice to include a privacy notice of how the users are tracked. Since the privacy notice is specific to Hive Docs, it makes sense to only include it on this website.
Possible Implementation
- Check how other websites usually host privacy statements.
- Figure out what exactly are we collecting through google analytics.
- Implement the most suitable format (footer, or in about section) on Hive Docs.
