Coordinate review of "stub" configuration documentation for release-MC_25km_jra_iaf-1.0

Issue description

As discussed on Wednesday, before releasing release-MC_25km_jra_iaf-1.0, we'd like to do a review of the configuration documentation -- specifically the material relating to the 25km iaf and ryf release.

We found last time that it's not helpful for everyone to review the same sections at once.

Here is a proposed timetable:

At the end of each person's "slot" they tell the next person where they finished off, so the next person starts from there.

Feel free to suggest other times if you're busy. I've put myself on Tuesday as I've got a lot of meetings on Monday and Ezhil is on Tuesday so he can continue to work on bathymetry.

Is reviewing by section(s) easier than by timeslot ?

H'm, yeah I wondered that, it's an option / does allows us to parallelize. I think it's particularly effective if people work on things they know more about. On the other hand, I suspect some sections will be harder to review than others so hard to do fairly.

Feel free to propose an alternative...

In any case, what are the exact links for the two configs?

For the RYF is it this @anton-seaice ?

@aekiss I think for reviewing these documents it would be great to have the parameter comparison tables updated. With a comparison between the released RYF and IAF run? (Related to our discussion yesterday with Adele's question -- sorry I can't find that comment.)

• @dougiesquire adds a new section on sw penetration (now done here), then will open a PR suggesting changes to the MOM6 material - PR here

• @ezhilsabareesh8 looks at "whole doc" in the two branches that created by Anton/Dougie
• @chrisb13 looks at "whole doc" in the two branches that created by Anton/Dougie

(Worth doing: COSIMA/access-om3-doc#5 ? @dougiesquire and @anton-seaice not worth it.)

The config doc 'stub' needs to reflect the latest version of these
