Error in installing ACEpotentials.jl

When I try to add add ACEpotentials on Julia 1.9.3, I get following error

I follow the instructions step by step. And activate an empty file "G:\ProjectACE". But still get the same error.

This is the UUID for AtomsCalculators.jl. The fact you can't find it means that you don't have the General registry installed, or not installed correctly. I don't think this has anything to do with ACEpotentials. Maybe I'm wrong ...

The problem is solved by removing General and ACE registries and registering them again.
The General and ACE registries are set when installing ACE.jl. So "registry add https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General
& registry add https://github.com/ACEsuit/ACEregistry" did not work.

I wonder what went wrong. This is the installation that every first-time Julia user has been using and we never had a problem. Was this your first usage of Julia or had you been using it for a while before?
