[BUG] Crash while using Armor Properties tool sliders too often

Short Description

When using the sliders in the Armor Properties tool too frequently, the client will get disconnected due to exceeding sv_max_userinfo_rate. These sliders should be made to control clientside variables instead of directly updating multiple cvar values at once to avoid this issue.
