[Feature Request] Expand "domain" whitelist to be able to include IP addresses #66

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Legitimate apps running on 127.0.0.1 make legitimate attempts to scan ports. But only domains can be whitelisted.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow IP addresses to be whitelisted. Currently it is completely possible to add an IP address to the whitelist, however those entries don't appear to be obeyed by the add-on
