Describe the bug
When High Contrast Black is enabled, port authority configuration is blind
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enable High Contrast Black. On Windows this is done in Windows Settings | Accessablity.
On Linux this exists in Edit | Preferences | Colors
Open Port Authority Config
Expected behavior
Background is black, text is white, toggles are visible
Screenshots
Both Windows and Linux are affected.
