Increase UI contrast in the app #1265
Description
As a part of Material 3 Expressive update app colors became more contrasted, you can see this in a bunch of Google apps, such as Settings app, Pixel Camera, Contacts, Gboard. And the thing is that the background color should be Surface Container, list items - Surface Bright, and the navigation bar - Surface Container High (I suppose). I think it would bring more consistency across the system. Also, the same color philosophy was provided in mockups I showed earlier
