Agency Dashboard Functional Testing

Perform a comprehensive functional test of the Agency Dashboard to ensure all features are working as expected and there are no regressions or UI/UX issues.

• Make the Mode banner sticky
• Make the Agency dashboard responsive
• When adding a placeholder it should appear exactly where the cursor is not append
• Remove extra space at the end of the template modal
