Custom recipes for AE2 inscribers stop working after server restart

Describe the bug

When using CraftTweaker to modify the recipes for inscribers, the modified recipes will stop working after server restarts/inscribers picked up by Dolly (from Ender Utilities).
Breaking and placing the inscribers fixes the issue.

This bug was first introduced in v0.56.5. v0.56.4 works fine.

To Reproduce

1. Set up the inscribers.
2. Quit to the title, then rejoin the game.

Expected behavior

The inscribers should operate.
