Review initial shapes and instance data using shapes #42

Things are in a bit of a flux and I need to clean up the folder structure and correctly position shapes under the profiles.... but as it stands the shapes is here https://github.com/AGLDWG/phs-ont/tree/profiles-validators/vocabularies/shapes
I'm in the process of promoting shapes up from a set of working "candidate" shapes and adding direct shacl as needs, asreview @F3RR3T work through the process of creating instance data. This is ironing out a few modelling gaps or alignments along the way.
The intended "final" shapes file is here https://github.com/AGLDWG/phs-ont/blob/profiles-validators/vocabularies/shapes/phs_shapes.shapes.ttl
It imports the working shapes which are contain some topbraid auto converted shapes derived from the phs.ttl owl statements.
As we work through generating representative instance data, we've been importing the various vocab graphs into this shapes graph and checking that the shapes are correct.

So the upshot is:
- in the working shapes graphs 'most' shapes exist
- but not all these working shapes have been pushed across to the "final" shapes as we haven't bottomed out the review as we create instance data;
- not all vocabs have been imported yet - we are dong this as we bottom out the review of things;
- the instance data is incomplete and we've only just started bottoming it out through the model.
