Update dependencies and improve DXT config handling

Upgraded multiple dependencies in package.json and package-lock.json, including @anthropic-ai/mcpb, @modelcontextprotocol/sdk, mermaid, vue-router, electron, and others. Refactored DXT config logic in src/main/mcp/dxt.ts, improved type definitions in src/types/mcp.d.ts, updated ConfigDxtCard.vue for better config management, and adjusted utility functions in src/renderer/utils/index.ts.
