Update MCP SDK and related dependencies

Upgraded @modelcontextprotocol/sdk to v1.22.0 and @anthropic-ai/mcpb to v2.0.1, along with related dependency updates in package.json and package-lock.json. Adjusted code in src/main/mcp/dxt.ts, src/main/IPCs.ts, src/types/mcp.d.ts, and src/renderer/components/common/ConfigDxtCard.vue to support new SDK features and API changes.
