bug: read timeout when trying to create agent

I tried one of the pre-built prompts right after ("Create a workflow to fetch the current weather in San Francisco"), and that seems to be working much better. So it seems all processes are running, etc. Not sure why the original one caused a timeout.

Actually, the pre-built prompt failed another time when I ran it. So it seems to be a bit hit or miss.
