Is it currently functional offline with local llm or not?

I read #85 and #65 and it seems to read like local llm was working many months ago and then updates broke it and now i'm not so sure anymore?

I'm really put off by having to use an external api as I prefer to keep all my comfy ui workflows self hosted so before I dive in and check out this otherwise awesome looking Copilot tool I thought I would ask.

And also, just to double check I just am blind and couldn't find it.. the ComfyUI-R1 fine tuned model that I read about, that I believe is a product of your own isn't it?, isn't available for running locally.. is right correct?

Is there maybe a possibility that'll become our Christmas present perchance? =D
