It is the first moment that developer interacts with Git tab. Honestly, I did not know how to commit changes.
Please put “Commit this change. In R studio, now you see a Git tab in the top right corner. There is “Commit” button. For each commit add meaningful but short description to easily follow the changes” instead of “Commit this change.”

@JarekNapora: Thanks for your issue. As in issue #20, I decided not to explain how to commit changes for two reasons: 1/ Proficiency with Git is a prerequisite of the tutorial; 2/ I tried to minimize the length of the tutorial.

I'm not favorable to adding explanations on how to use Git to the tutorial. This being said, we could add a few links to some external Git tutorials. What do you think of this proposal?

Hello, I understand your point of view, but I have a slightly different take on this. Someone who is already proficient with Git will indeed manage with just brief hints. However, I believe that the purpose of a tutorial is to explain the topic in a clear and comprehensive way. Still, I think a short section or a few practical examples on committing changes could make the tutorial more accessible to a wider audience. Of course, adding links to external tutorials could also be a good complementary option.
