Command issue installing knowledge base

I tried to do the change myself but I can't start it. Can you do it or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

mvn package -Dmaven.test.skip
 java -jar ./kbox.kibe/target/kbox.kibe-0.0.2-alpha-r4bf78-jar-with-dependencies.jar server kb http://www.snik.eu/ontology install
