Day light savings not working with EDT

When daylight savings are changed. it does not change the date.
i had used with EDT time zone

I had the same problem , I imagine this was not implemented. I'm going to make a pull request with an implementation.

This library is daylight-savings agnostic, because it's absolutely a pain to implement. If you can figure it out, I'd be happy to review the PR.
