Failed to enable SEV-TIO

Hello. I have built and installed the kernel image 6.11.0-rc3-snp-host-089bab3e1584-tio to work with SEV-TIO.

When loading the operating system, the following message appears:

However, everything that is needed is enabled in the BIOS.

SEV-SNP works on the host machine. But, SEV-TIO still does not turn on.
