config.json on SSD? #29

Description

@JonasBchrt

What about we have a config.json on the SSD? Then a user could easily modify the system configuration on an external machine, plug in the SSD with the modified file into the Raspberry Pi, start the system, and the system would detect the presence of the modified config.json on the SSD, validates it, and uses it to overwrite the current config.json on the Raspberry Pi and apply all settings.
Would need to make sure that all wireless config.json modifications get reflected in SSD's config.json, too.
