MLMG calculation problem

I created two circular electrodes and read them from an STL file to calculate the spatial potential distribution. I created three levels, but when calculating, I could only solve for the 0th and 1st levels. When creating four levels, I could only solve for the 0th and 1st levels. Additionally, I set the internal potential of the circular electrodes to positive and negative 1 volt, but the cross-sectional display showed 0 volt

Could you provide more details? Which linear operator are you using? I assume you are doing single level solve. How are you setting the Dirichlet BC at the coarse/fine interface?
