An API for End-to-end bandwidth #8
Description
There is currently an API for querying the available Interface bandwidth. This is likely to be used by the Broadcast Controller to find out how many flows can be sent or received. How about end-to-end bandwidth to ensure that bandwidth is available from a certain sender to a certain receiver?
