[PA3] Random seed

Didn't all random seed works?
I tested app/kens/test-kens-transfer-unreliable on RANDOM_SEED : 1579, And it raised error testtransfer.cpp:111: Failure
Expected: (sleep_time) >= (0), actual: -2003 vs 0 at EXPECT_GE(sleep_time, 0);
My code work well at RANDOM_SEED = 1234 or 1614233283.

As it is unreliable, the grader tries to corrupt your packets. Especially, the method it uses depends on the random seed you use. You should make a program that could respond to any corruptions that would grader make.

But how could above error occurred by packet corruption?
long sleep_time = start_time - (1000 * 1000 * tv.tv_sec) - tv.tv_usec; is not dependent on packet or socket, isn't it?

Problem solved. resending packet time interval at timerCallback become twice.
I don't know why, but It solved after I make timer ring earlier than present.
