In the revised PA 4 explanation file, it says that each link cost is set to 1, but looking at the test cases, that doesn’t seem to be the case. What does it mean that the link cost is 1? |

It is still confusing because there is a statement that "link cost is simply the hop count. Doesn't it mean link cost is 1? |

The front five test cases are RIPv1. The latter five cases are extended to bellman-ford. |
